1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the ButtSnap application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the App.
2. Service Description
ButtSnap is a sticker-collection app that lets you photograph everyday objects and moments, then automatically turns them into collectible stickers. Core features include:
- Snap-to-sticker: Photograph a subject and have it automatically isolated and styled as a sticker
- Date-organized sticker timeline for browsing your collection
- Themed collections for curating and grouping stickers
- Canvas for creating collages and sticker walls
- Data export and import for full control over your collection
ButtSnap Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited daily captures and premium backgrounds. The subscription is managed entirely through your Apple ID.
We reserve the right to modify or improve the App's features over time.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the App to photograph, create stickers of, or distribute content that:
- Violates others' privacy, portrait rights, or intellectual property
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
- Infringes on copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code
- Not use the App to spread malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Be solely responsible for the content you capture and create with the App
4. Intellectual Property
The App's name, logo, design, source code, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works based on the App itself is prohibited.
Stickers you create belong to you — you own the photos you take and the content of the stickers generated from them. However, the visual styles, border effects, and other artistic elements generated by the App are the intellectual property of the App.
5. Privacy
ButtSnap processes everything on-device. Your photos never leave your phone. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Pro Subscription Terms
ButtSnap Pro subscriptions are provided through Apple's App Store In-App Purchase system:
- Subscription fees are based on the prices displayed in the App Store, which may vary by region
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Renewal fees will be charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions"
- After cancellation, Pro features remain active for the remainder of the current paid period, then automatically revert to the free tier
- Stickers and collections you have already created will not be lost if your subscription expires
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Sticker subject isolation will be perfect in all lighting or scene conditions
- The App fully meets your individual requirements
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted in the App or on this website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate any provision of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
