Tips for Effective Feedback
Bug Reports
When submitting a bug report, please include:
- iOS Version: Find in Settings → General → About
- App Version: Find in ButtSnap Profile page
- What happened: Describe what you were doing and what went wrong
- What you expected: What should have happened instead
- Screenshots: If relevant, attach a screenshot showing the issue — especially helpful for sticker quality problems
Feature Requests
When proposing a feature, consider sharing:
- What would you like to do with your stickers that you can't do today?
- How would this feature fit into your collecting or sharing habits?
- Any examples from other apps that inspired the idea?
